On October 8, 2024, at 8:26 p.m., Burlington Police received a call from the mother who reported that Crocker sexually assaulted her 15-year-old son. The mother received a call from the Riverview SC

School principal and went and picked him up immediately.

The boy told police that Crocker “raped me and my friend.” He told police that he met Crocker approximately a year ago when he needed a place to stay for the night and his friend suggested the Crocker’s residence. Later, in late July or August 2024, he friended Crocker on Snapchat and they started flirting. Crocker messaged the boy on Snapchat and said “I wanna have sex with you.” Crocker then picked the boy up and drove him to a mechanic shop in Burlington and she started grabbing him “and stuff like that.” The boy recorded this encounter and he can be heard saying “Anna no.”

The boy advised he met Crocker approximately a year ago, approximately December of 2023, and when he first met her, she was “a little off.” He later explained this to mean that Crocker was trying to be a teenager and didn’t act like an adult. Crocker called him “hot” and “attractive.” Crocker also began sending him nude photographs and videos. The boy later explained that, at the time, he thought this was “cool” and “crazy.” He thought he was living the teenage dream, but now realizes it was not. He described the pictures Crocker would send as being of her vagina and “boobs,” and the videos she would send were of her masturbating. He described how Crocker “took the lead.” He didn’t want to, but Crocker insisted. The boy described how Crocker grabbed his private parts and it went from there. Crocker pulled down his pants, crawled over to the front passenger seat, and had sex with him.

The boy said he eventually pushed Crocker off of him and got out of the car. Crocker kept trying to kiss him, but he told her he didn’t want to do this anymore. He then ran home. Once he got home, he didn’t sleep all night. He also blocked the Defendant on Snapchat.

Apparently, the boy blocking Crocker made her very mad. She began to accuse him of raping her. The boy also described how he received text messages from several different phone numbers, telling him what he did (the assault) was wrong. These numbers would message him, telling him he was a horrible person and that he didn’t deserve to live. He believed this to be Crocker. His house was also egged and police believe Crocker was the culprit.

Police collected some videos of the alleged rape and Crocker can be heard being very persistent with the boy and later moaning, consistent with sexual intercouse was heard.

On September 27, 2024 Crocker sent the following message to the boy:

“September 27, 2024, Defendant to the boy:

“Get the fuck over me. And move the fuck on. And fine someone else to ruin their life. Grow some fucking balls and if u have something to say then say it to my face. Stop spreading shit. I don’t want to be associated with you. The facts are: I’m that fucking hott that I can get anyone I want. I wouldn’t stop down to try to get with someone like you and ur age. And those video recordings. Shows how desperate u are that u want to prove to everyone u can supposedly het with a girl that’s out of YOUR league. And then to lie and tell people you’re not a virgin. When you clearly were. Just shows what a crazy pathological liar you are. If you have something to say. Then say it to me. Otherwise shut up and try to get fucked by someone else.”

Crocker is due in Racine County Court on December 3, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. She isn’t due back in court for her Kenosha case until next March.

It should be noted that prosecutor Alexandra Smathers put the Juvenile victim’s name in the publicly-available criminal complaint. This is terribly unethical and she should ask the court to seal the document tomorrow and file a new complaint with the minor victim’s name not included. KCE made her and her boss aware of this grave mistake. KCE is also unaware of why the Kenosha County DA’s office is prosecuting a crime that occurred in Racine County. Neither the Racine County DA nor the Kenosha County DA will tell us.

  1. Wow… What an unbelievably sick person. She is a monster. How pathetic! These poor victims are going to have to deal with a lifetime of shame confusion and everything else that comes with being sexually abused. How very, very sad.

  2. I wonder if Solis Derangement Syndrome caused Smathers to make this basic mistake?

I would hate to see the DAs office lose talent like this…

  3. I’d like to point out that this started partially by the boy “needing a place to stay” at 15 years old. Nice work mom.
This teacher is a sh*t show for sure and she’s a criminal but the mother didn’t help the situation by not taking care of her own child.
