Drug-Using Therapist Spirals Out of Control, Crashes SUV in Drunken Wreck

(Kenosha County Sheriff)

KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha licensed therapist and former foster parent with a history of drug abuse, suicide attempts, and criminal behavior was arrested late Friday night after allegedly running a stop sign and crashing her SUV while under the influence.

Jacqueline Niccolai, 37, was behind the wheel of a green 2019 Ford Expedition at around 10:02 p.m. on Friday, July 11, when she allegedly blew through a stop sign at the intersection of 30th Avenue and 89th Street and caused a violent two-car crash. Airbags deployed and at least one vehicle was totaled. A woman claiming to be involved in the crash later posted on social media that Niccolai attempted to flee the scene before police arrived.

Niccolai on 7/13/2025

Niccolai took to social media this morning while drinking and vaping in her hot tub to address the arrest, posting her mugshot with the caption “True story. I was (sic) flipped off the [mugshot] camera and they said I couldn’t do that so i was mid laughing and trying to hold a straight face.” She later wrote “Someone blew a stop sign and plowed into this. ,@9arged and OWI lol I have literally a single drink. Anger they lans used by x.” This signals she is extremely intoxicated this morning, on drugs, or both. Someone responded ” Umm. I don’t think you get OWI for having one drink… why didn’t you blow? That would have proved your “innocence”….. js.” “I did blow…3 times…I also allowed a blood test,” Niccolai responded.

Niccolai later wrote “I have never seen more disrespectful police officers in my life. Trust me, Girl, I’ve got the names of all of them, and they will be exploited.” She finished with the answer to a question of what she was charged with “nothing it will be dropped again lol.”

Niccolai was arrested on-site by Kenosha Police and booked into the Kenosha County Jail at 1:32 a.m. Saturday on charges of Operating While Intoxicated (alcohol, drugs, or both) and failing to stop at a stop sign. Just hours later, early Sunday morning, she contacted this author via social media—despite being under a court-issued harassment restraining order.

This latest arrest adds to a growing pattern of spiraling behavior by a woman who still holds an active license to practice therapy in Wisconsin.

Jacqueline Niccolai, 37, of Kenosha
(Kenosha County Sheriff)

Armed While Intoxicated

On May 28, 2024, Kenosha police were dispatched to Niccolai’s home for a welfare check after her sister called 911, saying Niccolai was acting erratically and making bizarre, contradictory statements. When officers arrived, they found Niccolai visibly intoxicated—swaying, slurring her speech, and emanating a strong odor of alcohol.

She claimed she wanted to show officers text messages on her phone, but instead walked toward the kitchen. That’s when one officer spotted the handle of a revolver tucked into the small of her back. Police immediately moved in and disarmed her, seizing the loaded .38 Special revolver and a box of matching ammunition found in her bedroom.

After her arrest, while handcuffed in the back of a squad car, Niccolai became combative. She kicked the interior windows of the vehicle, screamed at officers, and threatened to “annihilate” them. Officers reported that she was ranting nonsensically and hurling vulgar insults throughout the transport. Her behavior was described as explosive, erratic, and dangerous.

Suicide Attempt and Involuntary Confinement

On April 1, 2025, officers and rescue personnel responded to a suicide attempt at Niccolai’s home after a friend texted 911 and reported she had taken 17 pills and threatened to kill herself if police were contacted. Responders approached cautiously, having been warned she may have access to a gun.

Officers located Niccolai and she was transported by ambulance to the hospital, where she was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Authorities then placed her under a Chapter 51 emergency detention, meaning she was involuntarily confined for psychiatric evaluation because she was deemed a danger to herself, others, or both.

Restraining Order

Pattern of Harassment and Drug Allegations

Following Kenosha County Eye’s reporting on her May 2024 firearm arrest, Niccolai began harassing this author. She sent dozens of late-night and early-morning messages that were often delusional, hostile, or incoherent. In many of them, she appeared intoxicated and accused this author of stalking her and ruining her life.

On April 21, 2025, a Kenosha County court commissioner granted this author a harassment restraining order against Niccolai. She quickly appealed, and on May 22, a Kenosha County Circuit Court judge denied her appeal, leaving the order in place.

Despite that, she contacted this author again on Sunday morning, July 13—just hours after her latest arrest—violating the order.

Niccolai has admitted to using illegal drugs in court documents. A close friend recently told Kenosha County Eye that she regularly uses cocaine and participates in group sex—behavior that, when combined with her position as a licensed mental health provider, raises serious ethical and professional concerns.

License Remains Active

Despite multiple arrests, a suicide attempt, an involuntary psychiatric hold, and behavior that police have repeatedly described as unstable and threatening, Jacqueline Niccolai remains licensed by the State of Wisconsin to provide mental health counseling.

Kenosha County Eye will continue to monitor the criminal proceedings and any potential licensing consequences that may follow.

  1. I’ve noticed almost all therapists are completely psychotic or mentally unstable, one of the biggest scams besides chiropractors.

    1. She should be more concerned about how her behavior stigmatizes her children. The elder son has already called the police once on her. She has a Robin Hood complex against KM. She clearly has an obsession with him, and a problem with alcohol. I hope she gets help. Clearly she is not in a state of mind to help others, or herself.

      1. She’s not only clearly and dangerously obsessed with Kevin (secret crush perhaps?), but also clearly never gave a damn about truly helping children or the community. Class scam artist narcissist. Sad.

        1
          1. She’s a huge right winger and had considered a run for office at one point and attended Republican women in politics conferences. She had a giant trump cutout at her home. Trust me, on this one. I know fit to be fact.

    2. Thank you KM/Eye for reporting this.
True statement. A recent report from the rational conservative American Thinker site (with sources properly cited) stated that today, approximately 40% of post high school degreed or credentialed US women are on some form of SSRI psych drug because of chronic perceptual distortion driving either/or hysteria and over-emotional situational overreactions failing to deal with reality effectively.
This is a very clear signal of a dark future for the nation as these are the type of women that have the highest contact with children in the public education system.
Who knew? The 19th Amendment may well be the nation’s “death card” – if the alpha-rational Masculine Force continues to remain dormant, leaving deep-beta Tony Evers/Tampon Tim types as the “New Age Man” icon.

          1. Especially with these types. Next she’ll identify as a tranny. Surprised she isn’t identifying as black

    1. Not sure who’s more unstable…..Jackie or the two hippos known as Joel Trudell and Crazy Stefanie “Cap” Caputo….

      11
  2. Ahh yes the photo of cuck David Beth bowing down to the fraud that was BLM warms my heart. What a friggen idiot.

    24
    1. Agreed. I’m concerned for your family at this point given not only her unstable mental state, but her group of “friends” that are harassing members of the community on her behalf. They are enabling her lack of accountability. At this point, she needs to be involuntarily committed again.

      23
  3. “still a licensed therapist in Wisconsin”
Well, yes, of course ………a member of the Tony Evers Club ..

  4. She’s not even THAT good looking. Kinda chunky plus mixed with crazy won’t end well. I’d still let her use her mouth on me though

  5. Like most radical leftists/progressives, every one else is to blame but themselves and their own actions. I should know, because I used to be one and followed the same playbook, unfortunately enough.

Jackie clearly is in that boat, along with her crazy (albeit small and irrelevant) group of “supporters”. Blaming the cops, the victims, Kevin, the “patriarchy”, racism, etc.

    Embarrassing.

    34

    1. Um… I know this woman, she is as right wing as they come! she attends republican women’s conferences and is a true trumpet all the way. I love that’ y’all try to categorize her as a leftist.progressives… I hope she reads that LOL, it will kill her.

      4
      10
          1. She’s a moron, but trust me “radical leftists/progressive” is the exact opposite of what she truly is. So, let’s not make this about politics. let’s make it about the fact that she’s a nut bag and a danger to herself, her kids, and the community.

            7
            7
  6. Crazy part is she has been ousting the DA on weak charges, let’s hope she has the same energy to prosecute herself. Also her friends that back her! Caputo and friends. Lol

    12
    1. Absolutely, because she’s right (in her mind), the rest of the world is just crazy and out to get her. We’re all just jealous of her.

  7. Checks all the boxes for crazy! Also, she’s clearly a REPUBLICAN…..It’s right on her body.

    5
    10
  8. Cute girl, but I could do without all of the tattoos. Time to clean up and toe the line, young lady. You’re not a wild teenager anymore.

    12

      1. Been there! She’s ok but not good enough at sucking to the be worth the crazy. She can deepthroat tho lol

        11
        2
  9. Just watched her original arrest video….few notes:

    1. Typical spoiled brat throwing around the empty threat of “daddy’s money” (she clearly has father issues based on her slutty ways). Ironic given most of her family can’t stand her.

    2. Surprised she didn’t offer to blow the cop to get out of it.

    3. No criminal damage to police car charge???

    4. Nice jiggly boobs. lol.

    8
    1
  10. If her residence is in an area with surrounding homes that might have door bell cams it would be interesting to see the traffic the comes and goes from the party girl’s home……

  11. She really needs her license taken away!!!! She needs serious help. Is she related to the real estate agent in town who works for Cove?

  12. Kevin, your next deep dive investigation should be into where those GoFundMe donations went too….drugs? Booze? Gigolos? Yet another scam by Crazy Jackie the failed therapist and failed foster “mother”

  13. Joe.cardinali, it has been wild watching your political change to the right side. Congratulations on figuring shit out! You’re a good guy

    4
    1
  14. I’m not Jackie’s biggest fan.
With that being said, when does this end? When she ends her life? Is that what you people want? She is clearly in crisis and a bunch of internet bullies are sitting here joking about her appearance, her children, her job… this is someone’s life, and these comments are the bullshit that illustrates how we as a community DO fail our members.

    5
    21
    1. She is a danger to herself and everybody around her. When she drives drunk and carries weapons while drunk, puts everybody’s lives in danger, especially her children. The problem is her white trash mother, Gina Jernukian, and her white trash sister, Jennifer Gusha, enabled her manic behavior and refuse to have her permanently chaptered until her mental health is better. They enable her drug use and her criminal conduct. Those white trash ladies will be her downfall. So yes I think she is that great risk of suicide, but her family is failing her. They encourage her internet bullying, libel, drug use, and general hate. Her family is her last and only hope.

      35
      4
    2. Yes, and since she demonstrates attention seeking behavior she is absolutely LOVING that there are 99 now 100 comments on this story. And, All these comments are nothing new to her. She has heard it all before and then some.

    3. Jackie has made her own bed and she now gets to lie in it. She’s always been a nut case but the past 2 years she’s gone bat shit crazy.

      1. Her same friends support admitted rapist Troy Landry too….(aka cuck husband of fat ass school board member Sabrina Landry)….

    1. She was married into the Niccolai’s and no one knew who she was until she f*ed Niccolai over w Covelli. She’s the only Niccolai that comes up in the Kenosha county inmate search, so slow your roll.
