BRISTOL, Wis. – Three men are facing misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct charges after a violent altercation outside the Thirsty Horse Pub & Grill in Bristol earlier this year. Arrest warrants were issued Thursday in court for Chase M. Conley, 24, of Mount Pleasant ($750); Juan O. Albarran, 25, of Zion, Ill. ($1,000); and Ruben E. Hernandez, 27, of Beach Park, Ill. ($1,000). All were charged Wednesday.
The criminal complaints allege the fight began late on Jan. 4 after an argument over bathroom use escalated. Surveillance video and witness accounts indicate that Conley, Albarran, Hernandez and several other men followed a man and a woman into the parking lot, where the group surrounded them. Hernandez allegedly tackled the man and struck him repeatedly while another man joined in, according to deputies. Conley is accused of kicking and punching the man during the melee, while Albarran allegedly shoved and struck another man who was trying to break it up.
Multiple witnesses said the group also attacked the woman, with Hernandez accused of throwing her to the ground. Another man, who walked with a leg brace, reported being punched and kicked in the face while trying to stop one of the assailants from choking his wife.
Deputies say the suspects fled in a black Chevy Silverado registered to Albarran. All three defendants were identified through bar receipts, witness statements, and security footage. According to the complaints, Zion Police told deputies that Albarran and Hernandez are known Latin King gang members.
If convicted of the top charge — Class A misdemeanor battery, as a party to a crime — each defendant faces a maximum penalty of nine months in jail and a $10,000 fine.

Well this should have been expected at some cowboy bar called the Thirsty Horse.
LMAO better than some thug ran pos sh*t hole downtown. 😉
You obviously have never been there …. It is far from a “cowboy bar “ it’s a sports bar. Not my favorite place but The place is clean and a friendly environment , and from my experiences isn’t the kind of place that attracts a bad element.
Violence. Something that happens with drinking. Not with weed.
Nah, but with weed no one works or takes care of their illegitimate offspring.
Speak for yourself, homo
I think that has to do with another demographic…..
Did anyone look past their Illinois issued drivers licenses to see if they are in the US legally?
Fibs have ruined SE Wisconsin. It’s sad but inevitable
You are correct. Never have been to the Thirsty Horse, just sounds like a Cowboy bar name to me. I don’t go to any bars. I love my liver and money to much.
