KENOSHA, Wis. — A Mukwonago man was in court today after police say he bit a bouncer, exposed himself, fought outside a downtown tavern, and was later found carrying prescription pills without authorization.

(Kenosha County Sheriff)
Cristoval J. Rocha, 39, appeared in Kenosha County Circuit Court Thursday, where Court Commissioner William Michel II set his cash bail at $2,000. A preliminary hearing was scheduled for August 27.
According to the criminal complaint, the incident began late Wednesday night at Fec’s Place on 6th Avenue. Rocha allegedly tried to enter the bar while highly intoxicated, with his shorts hanging so low that his genitals were exposed. When denied entry by a bouncer, he reportedly spit on the wall before leaving, only to return an hour later.
The complaint states Rocha refused repeated orders to leave, instead threatening the bouncer by saying “Get these hands” and “get this smoke.” When the bouncer attempted to remove him, Rocha allegedly bit the man’s forearm, leaving a crescent-shaped mark that police observed at the scene.
Witnesses told officers Rocha then went next door to Century Tavern, where he hurled racial slurs at a bystander and squared up for a fight. A short scuffle followed before the bystander left. When police arrived, Rocha allegedly tried to walk away multiple times despite commands to stop. Officers said he later resisted the booking process at the jail.
Police reported finding a shoebox in Rocha’s bag containing an orange pill bottle with 35 Alprazolam pills. Rocha admitted they were his. Testing confirmed the pills were Alprazolam and not fentanyl.
Rocha now faces six charges: misdemeanor battery, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, obstructing an officer, possession of a controlled substance, and felony bail jumping. The bail jumping charge stems from a pending Waukesha County case in which Rocha was previously released on bond with conditions not to commit new crimes.
If convicted of the top charge of felony bail jumping, Rocha faces up to six years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
