KENOSHA, Wis. — Donavon Castillo, the 15-year-old from the 6700 block of 30th Avenue accused of planning a December 16 school shooting, appeared in court via Zoom Thursday morning, December 18, where a judge remanded him into juvenile detention, easing the minds of many community members who had been uncertain about whether he was still being held.

I hope they take not account the hundreds of students at EVERY Kenosha high school whose parents called them out sick because of this threat.
I know there may have been mention of detainment, but fear spreads faster than vague lack of explanations as to whereabouts.
Ea h student that missed a day for this should be added up, and each missed day should be compiled and added to this morons sentence.
800 kids called in for a day- 800 extra days in jail.
What happened to the 1st comment? Hmmm weird….
This kid is a ticking time bomb
Yes, his next act will be a whopper.
Kevin, thank you for the reporting. None of this would be reported in the Kenosha( Associated Press) News until something tragic had happened. Your in depth reporting on our so called judges and court commissioners not doing the jobs they are expected to do to keep our community and citizens safe has been eye opening. I hope when election time rolls around people take notice, come out and vote for candidates who care about justice and the victims, not their own political beliefs!!
It is the schools responsibility to keep parents informed about what it going on at school they work for us , and that goes to the Schools Superintendent also. Is a disgrace that the people are not informed. If it had not been for Kenosha county eye lots of people would not have been informed.
Put the little bastard out of our missery
