KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha man convicted of operating while intoxicated for the third time was sentenced Thursday by Judge Jodi L. Meier to work release and a lengthy driver’s license revocation after pleading guilty to the top charge in a multi-count case stemming from a crash in Somers.

Take a look at his record. Work release? Seriously??
The Sheriff doesn’t HAVE to allow the work release. It’s a “recommendation” in the courts sentencing. The Sheriff could refuse it.
Dies anyone ever install the ignition interlock device or is it just a joke of a sentence?
