Who cares? A lone bullet means nothing. Someone can throw a random bullet anywhere. People love drama and what-ifs. News flash- bullets are readily available and not illegal.
Shame on you, a single bullet is a choking hazard. Depending on the caliber, even an entire cartridge is a choking hazard.
Outlaw everything
Seems a bit excessive for a single bullet.
Why wait before calling police there should be No delay in calling info in! Oh wait schools have the children best interest in mind but they can’t teach them to read or write
I have been metal detecting play grounds on weekends for decades. Most don’t realize how toxic, polluted and unsafe the grounds are. I always carry a bag to retrieve the stuff so no one gets hurt. Have found bullets, needles, glass shards, nails, tacks, metal shavings, and more disgusting things I’d rather not mention. One main contributor to this is the mulch that is purchased and spread in the play areas. That stuff is nasty bad and comes pre-loaded with garbage in it. Anyhow, I will keep picking the stuff out as I see it, but you really need to know that if your child breaks skin in the playground they should be looked at by a medical professional.
Most of that mulch is pallet wood which may have been treated with fumigant methyl bromide. Also, the pallet wood may well have held chemicals, toxins, decaying matter, or any residue from what was stored on it, or critters that hid under it. The nails are ground up with the wood making it hazardous to soft skin.
So in other words, be afraid of everything
Was it a bullet or a cartridge?
Ak 47 round
Why does it matter if it was one or the other though? Bullets and cartridges aren’t dangerous on their own… now if a firearm was found nearby, then yes we have a problem, but in this case, no.
I believe it’s pretty common for people to store their ammo outside of their locked safes, so some kid probably brought it from home to show their friends and it fell out of their pocket on the playground. But that’s just my theory.
Let’s shut down the schools. It’s to dangerous to be outside
