PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. — A Lindenhurst, Illinois man accused of leading police on an 11.8-mile, high-speed chase that reached 109 miles per hour and allegedly possessing cocaine with intent to deliver was charged Thursday and given a $50,000 cash bail by Supplemental Court Commissioner Michael Masnica.

Interesting, thought this court commissioner was going to be the next, “stupid low bail” character. Maybe he’s getting some feedback on his previous silliness?
Looks like hit might have hit the pavement at 109 mph.
Kenosha does seem to have a rash of 100+ mph incidents lately, does not portend well for future…..
Of course, the bail will be slashed to $1500 after the positive press is gleaned. He’ll claim financial hardship—after all a cocaine addiction is expensive. This is why he wasn’t able to afford the ignition device.
Confiscate his car!!
Why isn’t confiscating cars done as quickly and easily as with guns??
Both need to be done often and equally.
It’s totally absurd that it isn’t.
There is no hope in dope kids.
this wouldn’t be a problem if kenosha courts didnt let him out of custody already. He was already in jail once for the same thing!!!! POS!
