Two Charged In Kenosha Drug Bust Involving Meth, Cocaine, Taser; Third Woman Accused But Not Yet Charged

KENOSHA, Wis. — Two Kenosha residents were charged Tuesday with felonies following a Kenosha Police drug investigation that allegedly uncovered methamphetamine, cocaine, drug-dealing materials and a concealed Taser. Antonio G. Retana, 47, and Christine N. Remsburg, 36, were both charged in connection with the September 18 incident, while a third woman, Michelle L. Georg, 49, of Waupun, has also been accused in the investigation but has not yet been criminally charged. Both filed complaints identify Georg as a co-defendant.

Kenosha Dumps Diluted Wastewater Into Lake Michigan After More Than 4.5 Inches Of Rain

KENOSHA, Wis. — The Kenosha Water Utility discharged diluted wastewater into the storm sewer system and ultimately Lake Michigan over the weekend after more than 4.5 inches of rain overwhelmed portions of the city’s sanitary sewer system.
