KENOSHA, Wis. — Jeremy D. “Big Jerm” Stewart, 17, of Kenosha, was formally charged Tuesday in Kenosha County Circuit Court for his role in a brutal attack on a 13-year-old girl inside the women’s bathroom at Simmons Island earlier this year. Court Commissioner William Michel II set bail at $2,000 cash, and Stewart is scheduled to return to court for a preliminary hearing on October 23.
