TWIN LAKES, Wis. — A 67-year-old Twin Lakes man has been charged with two felonies after a 3-year-old boy was hospitalized with THC in his system, allegedly after consuming marijuana edibles left within reach at the home.
James B. Rukstales was charged Thursday in Kenosha County Circuit Court with neglecting a child resulting in bodily harm, a Class H felony, and possession of THC as a second and subsequent offense, a Class I felony. He was summoned to appear in court on December 3 for his initial appearance.

Has anyone read where a toddler child was put in hospital for doing a big pull on a Jack Daniels or Vodka bottle?
Shame on this individual for leaving it within reach if he did. And society wants it legalized??? People are upset for tickets during snow and yet want this legalized??? There is the money grab by the gov but that’s okay right????
Bc people want their pacifier drug to remain lazy and clueless. They don’t want to get in trouble for it so they can be high while NOT having a job and while driving around and while “parenting”.
Michel will free him as a good socialist would do.
That is one fucking stupid human being.
You dumbass, gummies are candy to a child.
But…but…weed is safe!
How old is the mom BF is 67!!
Will she be charged too? The guy may have bought them but they were still sitting out and accessible to the boy. But one or both of them did bring the kid in for medical care so there is that. Maybe that’s why she hasn’t been charged, or maybe not charged yet.
