KENOSHA, Wis. — A 22-year-old Kenosha man was in court and charged today after police say he assaulted and restrained his ex-girlfriend inside their shared apartment, according to a criminal complaint filed Thursday. He was given a $1,000 cash bail and is due back in court on November 26 for a preliminary hearing.
