Racine Man Charged With OWI Causing Injury Was a No-Show in Court; Arrest Warrant Issued

KENOSHA, Wis. — Cristhofer Antonio Gonzalez-Diaz, 23, of Racine, was charged today with misdemeanor operating while intoxicated causing injury after police say he crashed into another vehicle last week, injuring a woman, according to a criminal complaint filed in Kenosha County Circuit Court. He was summoned to appear for his initial appearance this afternoon but failed to show up. Court Commissioner William Michel II ordered a $1,000 cash bail warrant, and Gonzalez-Diaz is now considered wanted.
