KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha man charged with third-offense drunk driving had his bail raised three separate times this year — ultimately reaching $10,000 on Wednesday — after Wisconsin Community Services (WCS) documented five separate incidents in which he consumed alcohol despite a strict no-alcohol bond condition. Each time, he posted the new bail amounts and was released.

A little late to celebrate a $10,000 bail. Before this incident there was enough to show that as long as he was out on bail he would be driving on alcohol. Yes, Bale isn’t meant to be a punishment, but lobel isn’t supposed to exist to punish a society at risk from people who need to be restrained. It’s not punishment to take someone who’s already betrayed several trusts.
This guy needs to speed some prison time. He hasn’t followed court orders and still drinking. Maybe he will be forced to sober up in prison!
LOCK HIM UP!!!
