PADDOCK LAKE, Wis. — A North Chicago man who drove drunk with four children in his pickup truck was sentenced Wednesday morning by Judge Heather Iverson to three months of work-release rather than straight jail time, more than six years after the incident. This case continues Judge Iverson’s pattern of treating OWI cases involving minors in the vehicle very lightly, a trend that is disturbing some members of the community.

On 07/29/19 plead guilty. Why in the HELL did it go another 6 years to sentence??????
Kenosha courts enjoy dragging cases out as long as humanly possible. Take a look at the Jamie Shamberg child sexual abuse case. Terrible stuff, still not sentenced.
Another terrible judge can we get someone for children and voting citizens ??
941 days of between case activity. How can any DA or ADA let this misdemeanor drag out?
