Green Bay Man Charged in Somers Hit-And-Run That Injured Passenger

SOMERS, Wis. — A 27-year-old Racine man, Eneiser C. Albino, was in court and charged today in connection with a hit-and-run crash that injured a passenger on County Highway S the morning after Thanksgiving. A $1,000 cash bail was ordered by the court commissioner. Albino posted the bail immediately and was released. He is scheduled to return to court for a December 9 preliminary hearing.
