KENOSHA, Wis. — In court and charged today, 26-year-old Jacari Terrell Johnson of Kenosha was handed a $15,000 cash bail and is scheduled to return to court on December 9 for a preliminary hearing.

Should have been met with a cordless hole puncher to remind others this cannot be tolerated.
He was drunk and went to the wrong house. It doesn’t look malicious since he hung around.
