KENOSHA, Wis. — Tonzale M. Bradley, 21, of Racine, is now facing new felony charges after Kenosha police say he was caught on video holding a distinctive pink-and-silver 9mm handgun that officers later recovered in a backyard following a foot chase. Bradley remains jailed on a separate 2022 felony case and has been summoned to appear for an initial appearance in the new case on December 2.
