KENOSHA, Wis. — Tonzale M. Bradley, 21, of Racine, is now facing new felony charges after Kenosha police say he was caught on video holding a distinctive pink-and-silver 9mm handgun that officers later recovered in a backyard following a foot chase. Bradley remains jailed on a separate 2022 felony case and has been summoned to appear for an initial appearance in the new case on December 2.

KENOSHA, Wis. — The chief executive officer of the United Way of Kenosha County is stepping down next month after leading the organization through its 100th anniversary celebration, major fundraising efforts and the first federal grant in its history.
