TWIN LAKES, Wis. — Zachariah B. Pynaker, 26, of Lena, Wisconsin, faces more than 10 years behind bars after being charged Monday with six criminal offenses, including two felonies, stemming from an alleged violent attack on his girlfriend, who was approximately 38 weeks pregnant. Pynaker appeared before Kenosha County Court Commissioner Daniel E. Kellum on October 12, 2026, where Kellum set $2,500 cash bail despite the alleged victim's request for no-cash bail. The case took an unusual turn when the alleged victim emailed the Kenosha County Eye the day before charges were filed, requesting that Pynaker's booking photograph be removed from Facebook.
