KENOSHA, Wis. — A 26-year-old Zion, Illinois, man already out on bail in a felony robbery case is facing another felony charge after allegedly causing a disturbance at a Kenosha woman's apartment, refusing to return her keys, and physically resisting police officers. Tyrone M. Jiles III, 26, appeared Thursday afternoon before Kenosha County Court Commissioner Daniel “Catch & Release” Kellum, who set his bail at only $150 cash despite Jiles already being on bail in another felony case. Jiles is now charged with felony bail jumping, resisting an officer, and disorderly conduct.
