The 58-year-old man was scheduled to be in court today 1:00 pm, but he was released before court. The man, at this point, has not been charged with a crime and is presumed innocent. When this happens, it usually signals that the DA’s office will not be charging the case, or needs some additional time for investigation before a charging decision can be made. If there is a felony charge, and the DA’s office believes there is enough to go to trial, the initial appearance is usually timely.

Based on information that KCE has obtained, this case likely won’t be charged, or will be charged as a misdemeanor, or citation. KUSD is aware of this incident and wants the community to know that the alleged incident didn’t neither happened at school, nor happened at any school-related event.

KCE made contact with DA Graveley today, and he told us that he cannot comment on the case at this time due to ethical limitations. Kenosha Police also spoke with KCE today and told us that it is too early to release any specifics.

KCE made contact with insiders that have more information and that have direct knowledge of the incident in question. The KUSD employee is universally liked by students and staff at ITA. Snapchat has spread to all corners of the student body and there are allegations this incident has to do with a fight that occurred at ITA. KUSD administration wants everyone to know this is false.

It appears that there is no type of safety concerns for students and/or staff at the school. KCE isn’t naming the man, because he hasn’t been charged and there is a good chance he won’t be. If he is charged, we will notify our readers.

      1. Who’s a joke? Calling out crooked people like gross and others who are “buddies with kids? You mean like ones that go to murder trials to support the kid that murdered? Ya fucken joke right? Clown

    1. You obviously have no clue what you’re talking about and don’t have a child at the high school!!

To be able to have a Community Liaison that all the students trust and feel comfortable with in making friendships is very rare these days!! My son was in shock, as were a lot of the kids at school when they saw the news on Snap Chat!! He said there was no way, that this person could harm anyone, unless it had something to do with the multiple fights at school that broke out at the same time, which in fact is the case. Apparently the one girl who started the fight, filed the charges instead of looking at herself for causing all the commotion and having him be put in the situation to restrain her from injuring the other student!!!

      1. Lol. Obviously no clue because I don’t agree with you? Or maybe because I have experience with corrupt kusd and idiots and kids safety. Quit being a clown and realize shit is corrupt in KUSD!

  2. Thank you Kevin, for your uncanny ability to identify suspects, w/o actually naming them.

From what I’ve gathered, this may very well be a case of somebody exaggerating the facts, or just being a bit too emotional.

There’s probably no reason for any knee jerk charges to be filed.

  3. Did I read this right…DA Graveley said he couldn’t comment on the case at this time due to ETHICAL limitations??? LOL! LOL! LOL! LOL! From all the things I have read about him and seen him do, when has he been ethical????
