Supervisor Felix Garcia, Jr took the oath of office today to be Kenosha County’s newest, and youngest supervisor. Today at 11:30 am, Garcia took the oath of office after his favorite judge agreed to administer it.
I respect [Judge Milisauskas’] values and the way he runs his courtroom. I’ve seen him [on the bench] before. He is very fair and judges with common sense. He likes to see everybody’s side of the story. He really puts everything into consideration,” said Garcia. “What really made me want Judge Milisauskas to swear me in, is his commitment to service. I read the article on the Kenosha County Eye [where the Judge let his clerk use his parking spot]”
Kenosha County Sheriff Zoerner, Chief Deputy Justin Miller and Captain Gonzalez from the Sheriff’s Department stopped in to watch the brief ceremony.
“I, Felix Garcia having been duly elected to the office of County Board Supervisor – District 10 thereof but have not yet entered upon the duties thereof, swear that I will support the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of Wisconsin and will Faithfully discharge the duties discharge the duties of said office of to the best of my abilities,” recited Garcia. “You are now a County Board Supervisor, “ said Judge Milisauskas.
Garcia was raised in Kenosha and was the valedictorian of his senior class at Reuther High School.
Garcia, a security contractor, is married to his wife Natalia and has two boys, one and three. The Garcia family also have two Italian Mastiffs, a boy named Boaz and a girl named Ruth. Garcia’s mother Rebecca was also present at the recount Friday morning. KCE got a chance to speak with Garcia’s mother and wife Friday afternoon following the results of the recount. “My son Felix is respectful, honest and very loving,” said Rebecca Castañuela Tourville. “I am so proud of this big accomplishment.” Garcia’s wife echoed her mother-in-laws feelings, “Felix has impeccable integrity. He is so hard-working and a great father and husband.”
Garcia ran a very clean campaign for the entirety of the election. His opponent, Andy Berg was riddled with controversy and scandals, but still, Garcia focused on himself and his vision for Kenosha. “I campaigned on transparency and I plan to stay very engaged with my community, both on social media and personally, out in the neighborhoods. I want to seek input from my neighbors. Some of my priorities will be mental health treatment for our residents and Sheriff’s Deputies, who have tough and dangerous jobs.”
Garcia defeated the embattled Andy Berg (D) for the 10th County Board District in the Spring election. “I want to thank the voters for choosing me to represent them. I also want to thank God and Jesus Christ.”
After the swearing in, Garcia walked with his son, Felix III to the County Clerk’s Office To finalize the paperwork and make his election official. Garcia’s first meeting will be tomorrow night.

Berg Couldn’t even show up and be a man, and respect the process. Hes too busy on his Facebook trying to act as if he is someone
Congratulations to Felix and to everyone who worked on his campaign!
Wonderful. A man of the people. Congratulations and good luck.
How do you know?
Time will tell. Hebsounds like he would be a man for the people, but I supported Kerman and now look. I’m glad KCE keeps us informed and stays on top of issues with elected officials. Thank you.
I’m so glad he won. An honest, family man which is a stark contrast to his opponent. Many blessings to Felix Garcia and his family.
Amen!
Andy Berg needs to go to jail.
Is ridiculous stealing money from people.
Being on p*** sites.
What the hell The Democratic party members still support them.
I didn’t see them come out against him at all.
And I’m a Democrat

Congratulations, Supervisor Garcia!
Finally, someone with class and who can run a clean campaign with integrity. Congrats Supervisor Garcia.
Why all the pictures? He’s a servant of the people, nothing more.
It’s quite refreshing to see someone of faith and integrity in office. Let’s hope that the position and politics doesn’t corrupt him. Stay strong, my friend.
I pray Garcia continues to be honorable ! Congratulations

Super Proud of him Way to Go Felix…I watched him grow up in his younger years an i had a a feeling he would do something Great with his life and here he goes. Its Beautiful to see because i know he’s a man of integrity because he demonstrated it in his youth!
Whiny little Berg’s father never even taught him the good
sportsmanship of congratulating the winner.
He was probably one of those sniveling little brats
that went home crying to his mom, when he didn’t
get picked to play neighborhood ball games.
Just your typical, entitled little diaper load.
Good luck to him but, man, that mustache looks like shit….
Dude, the pornstar look is in.It is elite!
Congratulations!!!
