A Kenosha foster mom was taken into custody by the Kenosha Police Department early Tuesday morning according to the Kenosha Sheriff’s Department inmate search. Police recommended to the Kenosha County District Attorney’s Office that Jacqueline Covelli-Niccolai, 37, of Kenosha, be charged with “Going Armed With Firearm While Intoxicated,” a misdemeanor.

Reports show that someone called police at 2:24 am to ask them to check on the welfare of Niccolai at her far-south side home. When police encountered Niccolai, she was allegedly armed with a gun and intoxicated. Niccolai is showing a criminal charge and or conviction out of Riverside, CA. The charge is unknown.

Niccolai, according to court documents, has admitted to police that she has recently done illegal drugs. She is three-times divorced and admitted to cheating on her second husband and was accused of cheating on her third husband. She has fostered and adopted children. Her social media reports that she is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) at a popular Kenosha Mental Health Counseling and Family Court Services organization, however, the director for this facility confirmed with KCE that she is no longer employed there.

KCE recently reported on her ex-husband, Josh Covelli, being arrested and charged with rape and stalking. Niccolai made a public statement at the time and identified herself as the victim of the assault. She also made a statement in which she accused a second man of attempted sexual assault. Niccolai emailed KCE and begged us to take down details of her drug use and other information. After pulling on our heart strings, we obliged. She convinced us that her drug use was heavily coaxed by Covelli. We are now not so sure. We also turned off comments on that post at her request.

No good deed goes unpunished, however. Niccolai would later ask KCE to take down articles or portions of articles of her friends. She seemed to think she had some sort of control over our editorial decisions, calling herself a “victim advocate.” When we refused, she said terrible things about this publication on her Facebook page and called this author a “bad person.” We learned a lesson here. From now on, we report the news and hold fast, not caving to disingenuous people like Niccolai with low moral character.

KCE will report when and if she is charged by the DA. Niccolai responded to a request for comment by saying “I was at home sleeping when the cops came to my house. My mom called to have the police check on me.” Nicolai also told KCE that she “retired” from being a foster parent.

  1. Get her little friends info out there too that she was just in jail with. The one and only DOROTHY PARKER who blames her ex for her fuck ups who was just sentenced to one year for their toxic relationship and her saying how she’s been a victim. She’s not a victim. She’s the abuser of MANY MEN!

        1. That entire circle is bat sh crazy! Liars, con artists, hoes, etc. Add Ashley “sisters” to that mix too. Coo coos!

    1. Well let’s see the Parker girl has 4 DUi’s and just got arrested last week for strangulation so…

She isn’t even hot….why do guys date these whackos. At some point, you know her MO…

    2. She sounds like a sociopath wanna be social justice warrior pretending to be counselor and foster parent when really she just needs victims to mentally torment them. What a real piece of trash.

  2. Jackie has been married THREE times. She has accused multiple men of sexual abuse and has accused her last 2 husbands of stalking and one husband she accused of physical abuse. She’s a train wreck. Don’t believe a word this chick says!! How anyone can use her as a counselor is beyond me!

    1. Her kids use to attend a school i worked at and she was very unpleasant to deal with. Seems karma has caught up

      1. Very professional, Kelly. I’m sure it’s not hard to narrow down who you are and inform your job that you slander the parents of former students online.

        3
        9
        1. Yea. The same can go for her… Treating substance abuse patients? On the board of substance abuse org? A foster parent? Kelly might do the same.

        2. Facts are facts. Facts are not slander. It seems as though anyone that is not her friend has the same type of unpleasant encounters with her. 🤷‍♀️

          1. That’s because all of her friends are drug and alcohol addicts. Ashley blanck, brianna purser-colter, Brittney Bakken.. they are all delusional nut jobs as well as Jackie and dori. They all are so well at playing the victim, oh poor me, but they are all abusers to the men they date and marry. Manipulation at its finest. And they also hang out with men who have beaten several women!

          2. I’m not her friend, nor have I had a pleasant encounter with her. However, I still believe it is extremely unprofessional for school officials to be commenting on this matter.

  4. This a foster parent in Kenosha? The same agency that denied me access to my grandchild because of a felony conviction when I was 18? 40 years ago? Kerman better fire that director or she’s just an enabler to a corrupt system.

  5. Her, Ashley Rinaldo and Dori Parker all have serious issues. They stir up the pot in any situation and blame literally any persons but themselves for anything. Ashley fabricates every story, post, situation or conversation. Dori blames every male she’s with for abusing her when her rap sheet is evidence that she’s the abuser and instigator. No wonder these three are best friends. Sickening.

  6. Sorry to say it, but you reap what you sow. I wouldn’t trust her with ANYTHING. She is a fraud and a liar.

    13
    2
  7. Single and married men alike, be weary of this woman. She tried to make a play at my husband the first time she met him, while she was married to her 2nd husband (who BTW was best friends with her 3rd husband whom she divorced and is charging him with rape). My husband’s radar went off right away. She’s a toxic person!!!!!

    17
  8. You will find that social workers are in that profession for 2 reasons.
1st They want to help save the world.
2nd They want to save themselves.
Looks like she tried both angles.

  9. PSA: Men and women keep your distance. This toxic woman made a pass at my husband the first time she met him, while she was married to her 2nd husband (who happened to be best friends with her 3rd husband whom she is now accusing of rape). This is all a game to her. She is a compulsive liar and enjoys breaking up relationships. She’s told so many stories that she probably can’t remember them all. She should probably stop seeing patients and get herself some professional help.

    13

    1. Don’t be shy, post your name. You want to share intimate, irrelevant stories about her; but you’re posting anonymously.

      1
      5
  10. In my experience, they wouldn’t charge you for having a gun in your own home, even if you’re intoxicated, when you’re not committing any other crime. That would be ridiculous if you owned a gun, got an unexpected knock on your door, and were charged with a crime for having your gun on or near you. Especially if you’ve been a legitimate sexual assault and stalking victim in the past. Charging someone in this situation would be especially ridiculous.

  11. I hope somebody reported her to the Department of safety and professional services so that they can take away her license to practice counseling.

    7
    2
    1. She may have an embattled “love life” however, she has not done anything to warrant taking away her professional license. Should men run the other way when it comes to dating her, absolutely… but again, that doesn’t warrant revoking her license as a counselor.

      3
      1
      1. And she hasn’t been and won’t be charged. I’m not sure why this was even even included in this article… you know it’s not illegal to have a firearm in your own home… drunk or not.

      1. Do you read? So if someone knocks on your door that late at night and you grab a firearm? Learn the law idiot Also learn what brandishing means. Do YoU ReAd

  12. How enjoyable this is to see, she is indeed a horrible person. Working for the school district I’ve had to deal with this unpleasant self intitled POS. She was/is a collector of foster children for a paycheck. Karma sweetheart, i hope you continue to spiral

    12
    1
  13. So, does this sociopath’s shit behavior get factored into the allegations she made against Josh? How do you NOT look at his case and think twice about the validity of her claim? I HATE when women deceptively play the victim when they are aggressively deceitful! Stop acting like a bitch because you didn’t get your way!!

    13
    1
      1. Why? Because she fucked up and needs someone to blame! Why blame a family that had nothing to do with her idiocy? Shameless!

    1. Shakira, I was a foster parent for many years. You aren’t fooling me. You didn’t walk the walk and your baby girl was held in foster care for probably 3 years. DCFS then terminated your parental rights. I know how this works. Jackie may be a terrible person but she certainly did not steal your child. Those decisions are made by DCFS and the judge.

      7
      2
      1. According to what’s in her lawsuit against dcf, those people did technically steal her baby away from her. Reagan was taken away from her out of her arms at birth right from the hospital for no reason. No drugs no alcohol no nothing was into play she does not drink or smoke at all. She does not have any form of mental illness or any kind.
Dcf tricked her into signing her parental rights so they could avoid taking her case to trial because they knew she’d win her back there wasn’t really anything on her that is why they tried building her case off of lies. That is in the lawsuit against them also. I was there at her lawsuit court date. She’s innocent she did not do anything wrong to have her baby taken from the get go.

        2
        1
      2. Why are you guys teaming up on this girl for? Do you guys know what happened in her dcfs case? were any of you there at court? Or did you guys just only hear what jackie said & what ever she showed? I can tell ya right now jackie is lying about things with this one. I always knew something was fishy as to why she adopted Reagan & had her in her care. It never made sense to me until reading these comments hmmm what a shame what a disgusting disgrace of a human!

  14. I would encourage anyone with any information regarding Jacqueline accusing men of sexual abuse, to contact Josh Covellis attorney Michael Forella. Let’s get Josh out of Jacqueline’s grip. He doesn’t deserve this!!

    1. Neither did her ex before hum. She dragged him through the mud and treated him horribly through their divorce. All while screwing his best friend.

  15. When all the dust settles from this particular drama show, there’ll be guys lined up again to jump in her drawers so she call play the game all over again.

  16. Remember the best friend she was screwing around with on her ex before Covelli was Covelli, so seems to be serious character questions all around.

    3

    1. Pretty sure Covelli has abandoned his kids for the better part of 2yrs and hasn’t provided ANYTHING to them even against court orders.

  17. This little group needs to get a life and quit trying to wreck these men because they think they’re untouchable. You girls need to go home to your families. Stop getting involved in shit that has nothing to do with you. 4th husbands the charm

      1. He may have stalked her, I don’t know. I do know that she has accused multiple men of sexual abuse/rape. I do not for one minute believe Josh sexually abused her. She filed a restraining order on him for stalking. That restraining order was denied and then she comes up with sexual assault that supposedly happened 1 month earlier. It doesn’t add up.

  18. This crazy bitch is posting stupid shit on her Facebook page. It’s hilarious proclaiming her innocence, lol she needs a fucking psychologist and some meds ASAP. And if she’s already on meds which she probably is they are not working. If you’ve ever been around her children, you can tell what a shitty parent she is. Her kids are assholes

  19. The social workers at DCFS do not want families reunited. I know for a fact that Katie Schroeder does not do her job. I know first hand how lazy and a liar she is.

  20. Saw the police cam video. Just another spoiled brat who thinks they can get away with acting like a psycho. She repeatedly tries to intimidate the officers with her daddy’s money. Too bad she hasn’t learned that respect comes from how you carry yourself & the decisions you make. No amount of good just erases nutty behavior.
