Post From Garcia’s Facebook Page

Kenosha’s City Administrator John Morrissey did speak with us and told us that Garcia isn’t a current employee of the City and as with all seasonal employees, he would need to apply for the job next year. Asked if charges and/or convictions would play a role in Garcia’s re-hiring, Morrissey said it would depend on the severity and nature of the convictions, if any occur.

During that time, I’ve published dozens of stories exposing misconduct—some criminal, some just plain disgraceful—committed by teachers, administrators, support staff, and even elected school board members. Many of those stories involve Indian Trail High School and Academy, and some readers have started to ask: what’s wrong

  1. When is KUSD planning to implement any vetting process in its hiring decisions? Are we up to 12 KUSD teachers/employees in 1.5 years who have been charged or terminated because of illegal sexual behavior with minor children now? KUSD takes the biggest portion of our property taxes & there’s no accountability! The arrogance of this taxpayer-funded organization is staggering.

    1. These things take time. Gosh. What are you, as child? Everyone is so used to instant gratification that they forget that governance takes time to adjust and rectify policies once they are already in place.

      7

    2. Terminated until it’s changed to RESIGNED. How many were changed to resigned after they “fired” them allowing these teachers, coaches, administrators, etc…to just go on their merry way to get rehired down the road?

      9
      2
    3. KUSD can vet all they want, however if there isn’t anything that comes back on the background check and if they have done this previously and no charges were files by our crappy DA, then they will hire them!

I’m just surprised that KUSD actually fired him, instead of letting him resign like they have done with so managed others that we have read about!!

  2. The City would be hypocritical if they don’t hire him back as a seasonal employee.

They gave Morrissey the job of police chief and then hired him back as the city administrator even though he has a fake college degree.

    15
    3
    1. Just wait until Morrissey is County Executive, yikes.

RPKC better find someone good to primary Kerkman, because she doesn’t stand an effing chance. She’s a disaster and a half.

    1. How is this the principal’s fault? Do you think he vets and performs background checks?

It’s no more his fault for this than the cop missing the gun by the kids nutsack.

This is an HR and moral failure of the teacher. Not Scott Kennow.

      4

        1. And hence one of the many problems with the world today. Instead of being pissed at the idiot who actually did it, the blame goes to the principal.

I can’t even imagine having to deal with the BS of being the principal at any school let alone Indian Trail. They couldn’t pay me enough.

          4
          3
          1. Actually that’s how it should be. If one wants the title they must accept the responsibility that goes with it- manage your people well or lose it.

      1. KUSD is a complete joke. I’d like to know Scott’s stance on boys being allowed in the girls bathroom and locker rooms and boys playing in girls sports. Has he ever said or commented on that issue? Cause now we have it here in Kenosha. A principal being quiet and toeing the line for these whack jobs isn’t what we need.

        1. That’s not up to the building principal, there are WIAA standards, and you can guarantee downtown would make that determination.

  3. In a way I have to feel a little sorry for Tanya Ruder for having to address the shenanigans of so many KUSD employees. That said, she’s only the PR person and so she has no authority to deal with them. I’m guessing what she’d like to do to some of them and I wouldn’t blame her for thinking that.

  4. Another Indian trail issue, I think this school needs to be closed and all fired and start over, seems to be a real issue, this needs to stop!

    1. It’s not the school that is at fault!! KUSD places the teachers where there are open positions! For whatever reason, all the pervs seem to end up at ITA!!!

    2. And ITA is so proud that they were #1 in the state & largest high school. Instead of working on numbers they should be working on staff!

  5. KUSD in the news again. What a corrupt and criminal organization good thing idiots like Landry were elected to do absolutely nothing. Shut the whole system down! From groomers, to violence, predators, and guns in school, bunch of cowards in the school board! I pay taxes for this shit!!!

  6. Nice job Tony, you raised a loser son and now your arrogant ass is put on blast. Let’s hope there is enough to bring charges. To think this dip shit ran for mayor is hilarious. You are not even worthy to clean the sewers for DPW. Fire his ass immediately!

    1. Wow you and your cult of Stupid people who don’t know how to look up something on the internet is very fascinating and should be studied…. Let me help you out

      Step 1 • Go to google.com.
      • Type what you want to search for in the search bar (e.g., “weather today,”what is a community liaison ?”)

Definition: A Community Bilingual Liaison is a professional who bridges communication and cultural gaps between an organization (like a school, hospital, or community service agency) and individuals who speak different languages. They typically serve as a link to ensure that everyone can understand, participate, and access resources effectively, regardless of language or cultural barriers.

I’m glad I can help enducate you if you need more help please post more stupid comments and I’ll help you

      3
      1. I have an idea, learn fucking ENGLISH or go back to Mexico. Problem solved and I just saved KUSD $60k a year paying this ‘professional’

  7. KUSD should be liable for hiring these perverts, sue the school district for civil damages.

Feliz Navidad Tony! Good luck running for mayor in the future now the entire city knows you’re a sick pervert.

  8. Didn’t KUSD just approved boys allowed in the girls bathrooms and locker rooms and boys allowed to play in girls sports? KUSD is a joke. Very disturbing you have this guy missing around with minor kids and now they want boys and the girls bathrooms. I’m sure they’ll have those tampon machines up in the boys bathroom very soon.

    4
    1
  9. At this point, you have to assume KUSD is 100% pro-pedo. You can’t have this many instances happen in this short of time unless the culture is promoting it. And how many would we know about if it wasn’t for this publication. The government education system is an evil organization like most of government these days. If you love your children, plan accordingly.

  10. Didn’t you Mr matthewson in a city council meeting regarding licensing go back 20 years rebutting me getting my liquor license. Effectively committing a misdemeanor outlined in the paperwork that you provided that City council. You see there’s Justice and there’s just us. I got my liquor license that day and I got my rights violated in the process.

  11. There won’t be a charge for this, and I don’t even know what “this” is exactly. They could barely scrape up Disorderly Conduct charges on that pedophile Enwright.

    1. He was fired for doing something with a student he shouldn’t have. Whether that something is criminal is yet to be determined.

  12. Back in my day, we knew what people were superior. now all these illegals invading this country, this is the result of our weak border Biden!!!. This country has gone soft now, letting colored folks twist tradition and morals. If we don’t get back to basics of keeping the bloodline pure. the whole darn world is gonna collapse! You can call me old-fashioned, but I say it’s high time we stopped letting the darkies run the asylum. its the taco mucnhers that are groping our little kids. It’s time for a real awakening, and it starts with taking a hard look in the slums and remembering what made this country strong! THE WHITES!!
