KENOSHA, Wis. — David A. Polkey, 60 of Union Grove, is facing a felony charge after allegedly punching a pregnant nurse in the stomach at Aurora Hospital. Despite the seriousness of the accusation, Polkey has not been arrested—possibly due to a medical condition that left him sedated and intubated at the time of the incident.

What a jerk.
I think the person in question died a few weeks after this incident.
The guy who did this, died?
what gave you that idea:

Seems to me that half the population of Kenosha are defendent’s, another quarter run the city.
Nah. Kevin Mathewson is just doing a great job of covering local crime the way it should have been covered by the Kenosha News for the past few years. Instead, Lee Newspapers gutted the newspaper’s staff and the News is now run by a skeleton crew. Hopefully, we will soon see a KCE story on the REAL reasons Drew Burgoyne resigned from Xavier Solis’ staff instead of the fluff piece written by Kevin a little while back. KCE has slowly but surely become Kenosha’s top news source, but its blatantly obvious bias for Republicans such as Solis is preventing it from becoming the top LEGITIMATE source. For example, ever notice how Kevin identifies Democrats who commit misdeeds yet doesn’t do the same thing for Republicans?
I beg to differ Observer. I do believe that you are suffering from (KDS), Kevin derangment syndrome.
Sounds like the Observer=Carli???
I mean, if this guy died from whatever condition, and needed intubation & sedation, can we maybe explore the possibility that he wasn’t in his right mind when this happened? That all we’re doing here is speaking ill of the dead? What good does that do for *anyone*?!
