KENOSHA, Wis. – A Racine man accused of causing a disturbance at a Kenosha bar, making violent threats, and resisting police was in court Monday, where bail was set at $150 cash.

(Kenosha County Sheriff)
Forrest Weldon Schasker, 26, was formally charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct in connection with an Aug. 2 incident at Mason’s Eatery & Pub on 74th Place. According to police, they initially referred a felony charge of battery or threat to a judge, prosecutor, or officer, but the Kenosha County District Attorney’s Office filed only the misdemeanor count.
The criminal complaint states that around 6:18 p.m., Kenosha Police were dispatched to the bar after reports that an intoxicated man had consumed a beer, vomited on himself and the bar, and then began yelling. Witnesses told officers that the man—later identified as Schasker—stormed out without paying and shouted that he would “kill everyone” as he left.
A bartender said Schasker drank his beer in less than a minute, threw up, and became irate when handed a bag and told to go to the bathroom. He allegedly cursed at her repeatedly before leaving. Other patrons reportedly appeared alarmed by his behavior.
Police learned that Schasker had walked to Cinemark Tinseltown nearby. Officers located him sitting in the front row of a theater. When they attempted to speak with him, he refused to stand, leading an officer to lift him to his feet and place him in handcuffs.
While being escorted out, Schasker allegedly planted his feet, tensed his body, and then slammed his head into a door, causing a cut to his forehead. The Kenosha Fire Department responded but reported he refused treatment, spitting near personnel and pulling away when they tried to clean his wound. Officers said he continued to spit in the squad car on the way to St. Catherine’s Hospital but became cooperative with hospital staff.
Schasker is scheduled to return to court Sept. 19 for a pre-trial conference.
