PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. — Two men accused of breaking into the JCPenney store on Highway 50 last year are now wanted on $15,000 arrest warrants signed yesterday by Court Commissioner William Michel II at the request of the Kenosha County District Attorney’s Office.
According to newly filed criminal complaints, 22-year-old Jaqueil T. Smith of Madison and 50-year-old Nathaniel A. Montgomery of Markham, Illinois, are each charged with burglary of a building or dwelling, a Class F felony carrying a maximum penalty of 12 years and six months in prison and a $25,000 fine. Smith is also charged as a repeater due to a prior felony burglary conviction in Dane County.

JCPenney – there’s a blast from the past. I didn’t know they were still in biz. I thought they went the way of Sears.
At least Sears sold Craftsman tools.
A real man would not be caught inside that place.

JCPenney isn’t at the outlet mall, it’s on highway 50, just east of 104th Avenue.
From Illinois.. shocked.. don’t they know to commit crimes in illinois? Nobody goes to jail down there.. I wish we would charge $5 per Illinois license plate that crosses the border.
Nobody goes to jail in Illinois, however the Bail amounts in 90% of these stories recently indicate it’s pretty dang close here. Just not “official” No Cash Bail.
