KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha man is facing three domestic-abuse charges after police say he struck his wife and tried to stop her from calling for help, and Supplemental Court Commissioner William Michel II set his bail at just $500 cash during his initial appearance Monday.

Court Commissioner William Michel II has gotten off many bad, very bad criminals! Just recently, he got another woman off that killed somebody with fentanyl out of jail again! In my opinion, I think he should be thrown in jail! He’s just as bad as her and the rest of them!
