KENOSHA, Wis. — A Racine man is facing a series of felony and misdemeanor charges after prosecutors say he repeatedly attacked a woman over the course of a month, breaking her arm, stomping on her legs, dragging her by the hair and threatening to have her home “shot up,” according to a criminal complaint filed Monday.
Jermain D. Winters, 37, of Racine, was charged yesterday in Kenosha County Circuit Court and is ordered to appear on December 18 for his initial appearance before a court commissioner.
