KENOSHA, Wis. — Devon S. Leedom, 31, of Kenosha, a career criminal whose convictions include felony child abuse, felony fleeing and third-offense OWI, was granted no-cash bail Tuesday by Kenosha County Court Commissioner Daniel “Catch & Release” Kellum after prosecutors accused him of passing out intoxicated behind his apartment’s entrance, preventing his crying 10-year-old son from fully opening the door for police. According to the criminal complaint, the boy called his mother for help after his father returned home stumbling and speaking incoherently, and a friend kicked the apartment door off its hinges during a confrontation. His brother, Nicholas S. Leedom, 38, also has a criminal history and was the subject of KCE’s previous reporting about drug charges and extradition to Illinois.

Why even have an arrest. No cash bail is the biggest joke the left has done
His brother Nick Leedom also gets in the slammer a lot
Wow, two sons from the same family committing criminal activities! I wonder went on in that household?!
