Kenosha Prosecutors Unsuccessful at Keeping Prominent Defense Attorneys Off Rittenhouse Case

Kenosha News Employee Deneen Smith

The Kenosha News recently wrote an article about new motions in the Kyle Rittenhouse politically-motivated prosecution. It was written by far-left employee Deneen Smith (D). She is not shy about her radical views. She hates guns and dislikes conservatives. She doesn’t hide it. If you have time to kill, check out her twitter @deneenknews. You will quickly see her political affiliation.

In her article about the recent motions, she left some things out. First of all,
the prosecutors, Tom Binger (D) and Jason Zapf (D) filed a letter to Judge Schroeder asking to schedule a hearing to challenge the pro hac vice motions for Attorneys Andrew Calderon and John Pierce. Binger wrote in a previous motion that “in a separate motion, the State of Wisconsin intends to oppose the admission Pro Hac Vice of Attorneys Pierce and Calderon.”

Judge Schroeder didn’t hold a hearing and signed orders admitting Pierce and Calderon. This sparks the question – “why?” Why is Michael Graveley (D) and his team of liberal prosecuters afraid to take on well-known attorneys? Most of us know that this is a case in which they cannot obtain guilty verdicts. Political prosecutions are hard to win. Mr. Graveley is a big hero to the liberals, BLM, Antifa, and the kind. Not for long. If he exonerates Officer Shesky, he will be their Public Enemy # 1. How does he not see this?

She also failed to mention that in the prosecutor’s motion, they mentioned a tweet referencing a report made from the Kenosha County Eye. We can understand why – The Kenosha News isn’t doing too well and they don’t want to promote their competition.

  1. First, let me state that Deneen Smith is a degusting excuse for a reporter who works for a degusting excuses for a news outlet. Secondly, The Republican Party of Kenosha needs to focus on finding a viable candidate to run against DA Gravely.

  2. I mean….do you really need to ask? These are big time trial lawyers from LA. Would the Bradford football team want to play the Kansas City Chiefs? They probably wouldn’t fair too well.
