Kenosha Man Faces Third Sexual Assault Case; Court Appearance Set for Tomorrow

Kenosha, Wis. – A 24-year-old local man, Brandon L. Wilson, is scheduled to appear in court tomorrow on a series of serious charges, marking the third sexual assault case against him. Authorities say Wilson faces a slew of felony and misdemeanor charges that include multiple counts related to invasion of privacy, sexual assault of an unconscious victim, and the unauthorized recording and sharing of intimate images.

According to court documents, the new charges include nine counts related to unauthorized viewing and broadcasting of intimate images, four counts of sexual assault involving an unconscious victim, and eight counts of capturing intimate representations, among other charges. If convicted on all counts, Wilson could face hundreds of years behind bars.

This case adds to a mounting legal history for Wilson. He is already in custody awaiting trial on two separate cases. In one instance, he was charged in connection with a sexual assault incident at Carthage College, where charges ranged from false imprisonment to sexual assault and disorderly conduct. In a second case, he faces charges for possession of child pornography, for which bail was set at a substantial amount, $100,000, that he was unable to meet.

Investigators report that evidence in the current case was obtained following a search of Wilson’s cell phone. The digital forensic review revealed a large volume of images and videos stored in private folders on applications commonly used to share media. Authorities say that the material includes recordings of alleged non-consensual behavior. In one instance, a female victim—who has requested that her identity be withheld—confirmed that she appears in several of the videos and stated she never consented to being filmed or touched.

Local law enforcement has emphasized that while details remain under investigation, the evidence appears to indicate a disturbing pattern of behavior spanning multiple incidents. Police are urging anyone with additional information to come forward as the investigation continues. They know there are more victims in the area.

She is putting money on his books, put his initials in her Instagram bio, and calling him multiple times a day— despite the fact that he’s a serial rapist and pedophile. Throw her in there with him.
