KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha man who once tended bar at Rendezvous Bar was sentenced Monday to 60 days of work-release after pleading guilty to a third-offense operating while intoxicated, which he committed the same day he was released from jail for his second OWI. Because this is a work-release sentence, and because the Sheriff commonly grants electronic monitoring, he may be allowed to sleep at home every night.
Hallas previously worked at Rendezvous Bar, which was the subject of a major KCE story this year when its longtime owner was sentenced to four years in prison for a fatal hit-and-run.

You can’t make this stuff up. People are idiots 😂😂
He got off easy he must be connected every one who gets a dui needs his lawyer
Another loser drunk. Wisconsin makes it too easy for them.
Have a big person read the story to you, it said no alcohol was involved. Doesn’t mean he isn’t a loser, but you are an idiot.
His sentence included: “ His driver’s license was revoked for 24 months, and he must install an ignition interlock device for 24 months once eligible.” He didn’t do it the last time (with no repercussions); why in the world would he do it now?
Gotta love our LOCAL JUDGES in KENOSHA WI where they will give you multiple DWI chances to kill someone. It these Judges who need to be found criminally and MONETARILY liable for their stupidity!
If I were in charge….3 strikes and you’re done. Permanent loss of driving privileges and confiscation of your vehicle.
