KENOSHA, Wis. — As property taxes continue to climb across Kenosha County, one of the city’s largest employers and most powerful corporate players is heading to court in an effort many residents might quietly wish they could pursue themselves: lowering its tax bill.

They need the money for KUSD so the teachers can continue encouraging students to walk out to protest ICE enforcing the same immigration laws that have been on the books forever.
