Chrystul Kizer, out on a $400,000 bail awaiting trial for murder, arson, and other serious felonies, is facing four new felony charges in Kenosha and a misdemeanor charge in Milwaukee. She is wanted and could be considered armed and dangerous. This, just a day after Kenosha County Assistant District Attorney Zachary Brost petitioned a Kenosha Circuit Court Judge for a warrant for her arrest. Judge Jason Rossell signed a $40,000 cash bail arrest warrant for Kizer on Monday morning, January 22, 2024. According to the criminal complaint issued Monday morning:

On Sunday, January 7, 2024 at 8:26 a.m., a woman called 9c-1-1 from a Milwaukee apartment. A female caller told dispatchers that a man was putting his arms around her. A male could be heard in the background yelling for the female to stop hitting her. The female caller was screaming and uncooperative with the 9-1-1 dispatcher.

Two Milwaukee Police Officers arrived and separated Kizer and the 47-year-old man. While one officer was talking to the man, Kizer was yelling from the next room “he’s a pedophile!” The man was gathering his things so he could leave the apartment. Kizer threatened to hit the man with a baseball bat. In front of officers, Kizer lunged at the man, so police detained her and put her in a squad car. The Kenosha DA’s office reviewed Body-Worn-Camera footage of the incident and write that Kizer was actively resisting arrest and even knocked off an officer’s body camera.

Police finally interviewed the man. He said Kizer and him got into a heated argument over a snapchat account and she went “crazy on him.” He told police that Kizer hit him with a metal chair, causing him injuries. She also scratched the man. He told police it happened many times before. The man told police and prosecutors that Kizer has lived at this address since September of 2023.

Milwaukee DA John Chisholm

Kizer was arrested by Milwaukee Police that night and asked Milwaukee DA John Chisholm’s office to charge her. He refused. She was charged this morning, just hours after KCE emailed Milwaukee DA Chisholm asking why his office denied prosecution of Kizer. Kizer was charged today with Disorderly Conduct, domestic abuse in Milwaukee and an arrest warrant was issued for her in Milwaukee County as well.

New Bail Jumping Charges:

  1. Prosecutors allege that Kizer’ violated her bond by committing battery to her boyfriend.
  2. Prosecutors allege that Kizer’ violated her bond by committing disorderly conduct.
  3. Prosecutors allege that Kizer’ violated her bond by resisting police officers.
  4. Prosecutors allege that Kizer’ violated her bond by failing to update the court with her new address.

Each felony count of bail jumping carries with it a maximum sentence of six years in the Wisconsin Prison system if convicted. It is unclear at this time if Milwaukee Police arrested Kizer or not on January 7, 2024. This doesn’t affect Kizer’s bail jumping charges, however. Prosecutors need only prove that Kizer committed a new crime, no charge or conviction is necessary.

According to Fox6 Milwaukee:

“The Chrystul Kizer Defense CommitteeChicago Community Bond FundMilwaukee Freedom Fund and Survived & Punished “paid Chrystul’s $400,000 bond so that she can continue fighting her case from outside of a cage and with the support of her community.”

The groups that posted Kizer’s $400k bail are at risk of losing it, even if Kizer is somehow acquitted. Kizer is scheduled to go to trial in the 2018 murder of Randall Volar III.

  1. Oh weird. One for battery, where’s all her supporters saying she’s just a victim. Obviously still a threat to others. $400,000 cash bond, someone probably nervous

    1. I’ve been covering her on my own Youtube channel for as long as Kevin has, and I’m telling you that she’s a dangerous person. She would not hesitate to put a bullet in you if it benefitted her somehow. Not the innocent violinist that the media tried portraying her as.

      Kevin: “baseball bat” not “bar”

      10
  2. I loved the part where she screamed “He’s a p*dophile!” Uhhh, Chrystul, that only worked when you were a minor.

  3. Kevin, you need to clear up who was talking to Dispatch: Was it the man or Chrystul. Your story is a bit confusing there.

  4. It’s disturbing and odd she yelled he was a pedophile.

My guess is she purposely targeted older men under the guise of being over 18….then tried to extort/blackmail them if they didn’t pay us. This goes on more than you think and is normally done by “hood” people.

  5. Chrystul was never a victim. Read the statute 944.30…she did that. There is no proof of Human Trafficking per statute 940.302. Where is the debt bondage?
The liberals who want to legalize prositution calling it Human trafficking. The provide methadone for the druggies. NARCAN is now used for the losers who would be dead otherwise. Narcan should be kept for police, fire, EMS and others who are accidentally exposed, not those who freely choose to do the drug.

  6. She may be a danger to the community, but so far only to pedophiles. I say have her team up with Rittenhouse and let them both have fun with all the Joseph Rosenbums and Randall Phillip Volars out there.
