3. Since the public has no idea how court works, you cannot prosecute without evidence. The strategy for weak cases is to over charge for several crimes hoping the defendant with plead to a lesser charge prior to court. There’s a large majority of prisoners in jail facing decades of incarceration, and after they meet with their public inept defender, it is clear they should plead out and take a year or two instead of rolling the dice with a jury trial for decades in sentencing.

   Not everyone that goes to jail is guilty, not everyone who takes a plea deal is guilty, sometimes. Beyond reasonable doubt doesnt exist in online forums, y’all just want to lunch everyone accused.

Whatever the sentence and probation, you heard it here within first two years after release he will reoffend. Everything is cyclical and the best way to predict the future is through history.

   1. Yup. And for people with a criminal mindset, why not reoffend when the punishment is so light? I can’t imagine how frustrating this process must be for local law enforcement. I had major hopes that sentences would be tougher under Solis. Shame on me for being so naive to believe anything that comes out of a politician’s mouth, regardless of affiliation.

17. I dont know this guy nor do I know this supposed family. But I have read it and have opinions. But I think the thing that really takes the wind outa the sail on this story are the comments. Can’t we state our thoughts and anger without using F bombs? It shows that persons lack of intelligence when resorting to using them. But flare away and call me what you may.
