KENOSHA, Wis. – A 41-year-old Kenosha man is accused of leading police on a dangerous chase through downtown streets last month, allegedly reaching speeds more than double the limit and ignoring multiple stop signs.
Sebastian O. Caracciolo was charged in court Wednesday with felony fleeing or eluding an officer. Court Commissioner William Michel II ordered a $7,500 cash bail and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 19.
According to the criminal complaint, Officer Fikejs of the Kenosha Police Department spotted a blue sport-style motorcycle July 1 near 6th Avenue and 58th Street. The rider, wearing a bright helmet and a backpack carrying paper towels, allegedly made eye contact with the officer, waited for him to turn around, and then sped away.
Police say Caracciolo ran several stop signs, drove the wrong way on a one-way street, and exceeded 60 mph in a 25 mph zone, endangering pedestrians and other motorists. During the chase, the paper towels reportedly fell from the backpack.
Officers later found a matching motorcycle outside Caracciolo’s home, along with a helmet, boots, and backpack similar to those seen in surveillance footage. Police say the bike carried an expired temporary registration plate belonging to a 1995 Chrysler LeBaron.
Caracciolo allegedly first denied owning such a motorcycle, claiming he had purchased it from someone named “Vinny” but could not provide proof. Officers also discovered his driver’s license was suspended at the time. If convicted, he faces up to six years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

not good, bad decisions were made
Fleeing isn’t that rare, it often goes with panic & fight or flight reactions, but this was premeditated, so drop him in a hole. He swung a leg on an unregistered bike, and he knew he had no license or insurance. A deep hole.
‘Cousin” Vinnie?
He looks like a muppet
Judging from his facial expression, he has anger issues.
From Facial Expressions I would say COKE-ED OUT
