Kenosha Police Announces Prostitution Sting – 18 Cited for Solicitation

Kenosha Police have announced that detectives have conducted another prostitution sting and cited 18 men. The 18 men were charged with Prostitution/Solicitation and one of the 18 was also charged with resisting/obstructing. It is the third such sting in recent months. The first, in March of 2021, second, June of 2021 and the third, which occurred on February 16th and 17th, 2022. KPD has been using a newer website that openly advertises prostitution to lure “johns” to a hotel room, where the men are arrested and cited. KCE won’t publish the name of this website.

Kenosha detectives are using their discretion to charge the men with only local ordinances and they can have a trial in front of the municipal judge, or pay the fine of $1,321. In a previous sting, a man was out on bail and had drugs, so KPD charged him criminally.

Kenosha Police Internal Affairs Commander and Public Information Officer Lieutenant Joseph “Joe” Nosalik shared the list of citations with KCE and others who made similar requests. These men are due in court on March 10, 2022 at 8:30am. The names are below:
