In Wisconsin, bigamy is classified as a felony, carrying a maximum penalty of three and a half years in prison and a $10,000 fine, or both. A warrant was issued for Angeloff’s arrest with a bond set at $2,000, which he has since posted. Kenosha, Wis. – A 23-year-old Kenosha man has been charged with ten counts of possession of child pornography following an extensive investigation that began with a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). Romeo L. Brantley was formally charged on March 3, 2025, and made his initial court appearance before Kenosha County Circuit Court Commissioner William Michel II, who set his bail at $150,000. Brantley faces a maximum sentence of 250 years in prison if convicted on all counts, with a minimum sentencing requirement of three years. He is scheduled for a judicial pre-trial hearing on May 9, 2025. A Kenosha man who shot his three-year-old sister last year was sentenced today. Christian J. Koleske was handed down a ten year sentence from Circuit Court Judge Jason Rossell, ending his long streak of crime with little to no punishment. Koleske was on probation at the time he shot his sister so he is also serving a 14 month sentence for a previous conviction. Koleske will also serve more than eight years of extended supervision. According to the criminal complaint, Kenosha Police were dispatched to the 5100 block of 29th Ave for a report of a child who was shot. The caller was the child’s great-grandmother. Two Vicious Pitbulls Terrorize Northside Neighborhood – Residents Blame Owners
“Pressure” and “Diamond” might look like cute dogs, but they are anything but. Both dogs as of today, have been declared vicious by the Kenosha County Department of Health according to Mark Melotik, the County’s Environmental Health Manager. This means that both dogs won’t be able to stay in the City of Kenosha any longer. They can appeal this ruling to the City Council. Neighbors tell KCE that the duo of dangerous dogs are constantly running loose. On October 15, 2023, someone called saying that the dogs were loose and charging people and a community service officer was dispatched to the area. The CSO told the dogs’ owners, Jeffrey McCullar and Shimonica M. Hall that this was their one and only warning – in the future, citations would be issued.

Cocaine Found In Rollerblades Mailed From Colombia Sparks Search Warrant
On Friday, March 1st, 2024 around 9:30 AM the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department’s Kenosha Drug Operations Group (KDOG), Tactical Response Team (TRT), and members of the Department of Homeland Security Investigations Team (HSI) conducted a joint operation to serve a search warrant at a residence in the 6600 block of 26th Avenue in the City of Kenosha. KDOG was contacted last week by Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) in reference to an intercepted package en route to Kenosha, WI from Bogota, Colombia. This package contained a set of Canariam Rollerblades. With the assistance of U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the wheels of the rollerblades were identified as suspicious. This morning, 3/2/2024, at approximately 10:00 AM a Kenosha Police Officer was on a dedicated traffic assignment and was actively monitoring traffic in the 8200 block of South Sheridan Road. A couple of questions that alarmed many parents of high-schoolers at Westosha High School will not appear in an upcoming survey, according to the district’s administrator. “Those questions are going to be removed [from the survey]… and they won’t be part of any future surveys that we do,” administrator John Gendron told KCE Thursday.
