KENOSHA COUNTY, Wis. – The Kenosha County Sheriff’s Office has added a new K9 team to its ranks.
K9 Kane will be partnered with Deputy Tyler Brady, who was hired by the Sheriff’s Office on Sept. 10, 2018. The agency announced the addition in a Facebook post this week, introducing Kane as the newest member of the team.
The Sheriff’s Office released very limited details about the new K9, including when he began training, what certifications he holds, or what specific duties he will perform. The post did note that Kane was trained by TOPS Kennels, a well-known police K9 training facility.

Kane is expected to assist in drug detection, tracking, and suspect apprehension, though the department did not confirm his specific areas of expertise.
He joins a group of four working dogs in the department’s K9 program.

The dog obviously wants his privacy so we should respect that.
Anybody look up his salary yet?
Those dogs are bad ass, heroes! I still remember the story about Riggs and watching the events unfold on the TV show Body Cam.
