Every criminal/loser does. By the time he is finished with how long the post conviction takes he will be out.
I still can’t comprehend how these pedophiles get such light sentences for going after kids. Should be even worse consequences when it’s a teacher put in a trusted position
Because he didn’t commit any crime, that’s why. The prosecutor’s office had to ram it into “disorderly conduct.” That statute encompasses virtually all conduct, and gives way too much power to the state.
Seriously!!! You must not have read the same articles on this douche bag that I have read!!
The judge let him off easy with only 15 months!! This sicko should get at least 5 years for what he put this poor girl through!! I can’t wait to see what happens with the lawsuit!! This guy and his fugly wife won’t have a pot to piss in!! I think she probably only got pregnant because she was hoping it would keep him from going to jail!!
Guess what!! It did work and he didn’t get Huber privileges either, which was a win-win, except for the jail time not being longer!! Maybe the judge can sentence him to serve more than 15 months with them trying to get him to change his decision!!! The facts don’t lie!! They need to accept the truth and call it a day!!!
I’m hoping I will have the opportunity to smile at him wasting his money to reduce an already too lenient sentence.
