Because he didn’t commit any crime, that’s why. The prosecutor’s office had to ram it into “disorderly conduct.” That statute encompasses virtually all conduct, and gives way too much power to the state.

Guess what!! It did work and he didn’t get Huber privileges either, which was a win-win, except for the jail time not being longer!!
